SnapList helps you create marketplace listings from photos. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, on both the website (listinasnap.com) and the SnapList Chrome extension.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address and a securely hashed password, if you create an account.
• Photos you submit — images you upload to generate a listing.
• Basic usage — a daily count of listings generated, to enforce free limits.

How we use it

• Photos you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your listing text. We do not sell your photos and they are not used to train AI models.
• We do not retain your uploaded photos after a listing is generated — they are processed and discarded.
• Your email is used only to operate your account and, if you subscribe, for billing.

Cookies & sign-in

We use a strictly necessary sign-in cookie (website) or a stored access token (extension) to keep you logged in. These are required for the service to work and are not used for advertising.

Analytics cookies (optional). With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These cookies load only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing your browser’s site data for listinasnap.com.

Service providers

• Anthropic — AI processing of your photos to generate listing text.
• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions (we never see your full card details).
• Google Analytics — optional, consent-based usage analytics.
• Brevo — delivery of transactional/contact emails.

Your choices

You can stop using SnapList at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us.
