Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapList website (listinasnap.com) and the SnapList Chrome extension (together, the “Service”), operated by SnapList (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SnapList does

SnapList uses AI to generate marketplace listing text (title, description, suggested price, category, condition, and tags) from photos you provide. Suggested prices and descriptions are AI-generated estimates for your convenience only — they are not appraisals or guarantees of value, accuracy, or sale. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every listing before you publish it.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

Free accounts include a limited number of listings per day. Paid plans (Pro and Business, billed monthly or yearly) are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account (the billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the photos you upload and to the listing text generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the Service. The SnapList name, site, and software are our property.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI-generated content, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale or any particular price.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or sales, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Not affiliated with marketplaces

SnapList is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any marketplace (including Facebook/Meta, eBay, Poshmark, OfferUp, or others). You are responsible for complying with each marketplace’s own terms.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
